Privacy and terms

This is a marketing site. It has no accounts, no login, and no shopping cart. There are four things it can collect from you. The first two need you to do something first.

Your email address, if you subscribe to the newsletter. The form sends it to the email service that runs Creators Agenda. That service emails you a confirmation link and nothing is subscribed until you click it, so if you change your mind, do nothing. Subscribers who sign up here are tagged so Pathfinder Foundry can tell where they came from. Every email carries an unsubscribe link and it works.

Whatever you type into the booking form, if you book a call. That form belongs to a scheduling service and runs inside a frame on this site. It loads only when you move toward a booking button, never on page load, and what you enter goes to that service rather than to this site’s own storage. After a booking, your browser keeps a few short notes for that tab only, so the confirmation page can greet you and fill in the newsletter field; they are read once and gone when you close the tab. Your email is never put in a URL. Your name and email are also copied into the tool Pathfinder Foundry uses to keep track of who has booked a call.

Usage data, while you read. The company that hosts this site and an analytics service record which pages are opened and which buttons are clicked. The analytics service never receives your name from this site, so what it holds is a browser rather than a person. The host also tries to work out which company a visit comes from and, where it can, a person at that company, using business information it already holds. Pathfinder Foundry uses that to see which organizations are reading.

A recording of your visit. The analytics service can replay sessions: the pages you moved through, where you scrolled and clicked. Text you type into form fields is masked and not captured.

A small number of service providers, each handling data only to provide its service to Pathfinder Foundry, under its own terms and privacy policy.

An email newsletter service, which stores subscribers and sends the emails. A scheduling service, which handles bookings and the calendar. A contact management tool, which keeps Pathfinder Foundry’s record of who has booked a call. An analytics service, which stores usage data and session recordings in the United States. The company that hosts this site, which provides page counts and matches visits to companies. Email the address above for the current list of providers.

Nothing is sold, and nothing goes anywhere else.

The analytics service keeps an anonymous identifier in a cookie and in your browser’s local storage so it can tell one visit from the next. The booking frame can set cookies once it loads. This site shows no cookie banner. To refuse them, block cookies in your browser or use a tracker blocker; the site works the same either way.

Your newsletter address is kept until you unsubscribe. A booking is kept for as long as Pathfinder Foundry might work with you. Usage data and recordings are kept under each provider’s own retention settings.

Email the address above to ask what Pathfinder Foundry holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. The answer comes from a person, not a form.

This site is meant for adults in business. It does not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.

This site describes a service and does not sell one. Nothing here is an offer, and booking a call does not create an agreement. If you engage Pathfinder Foundry, a separate written agreement covers it and that document governs, not this page.
